🍽️ Tuna and Tomato Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 150 tuna (can, natural)
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp mustard
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 4 lettuce leaves
Instructions
- 1. Whisk mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth. Drain the tuna well and flake it apart with a fork. Stir the fish into the sauce and season to taste.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and slice them into thick rounds. Peel the onion and cut it into thin rings.
- 3. Wash the lettuce leaves and pat them dry gently with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Cut the bread slices diagonally in half. Layer six of these triangles with lettuce leaves, the tuna mixture, tomato slices, and onion rings.
- 5. Place the remaining bread triangles on top as lids. Make sure the corners of the top slices align with the corners of the bottom slices to keep the sandwich stable.
