🍽️ Classic Ham, Tomato, and Mozzarella Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 slices fresh toast bread
- 2 tomatoes
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 200 g cooked front ham (sliced)
- 100 g Emmental (sliced)
- 1 mozzarella
- 2 pickles
- butter
- lettuce leaves
- fresh oregano
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Remove the hard stem area from the tomatoes.
- 3. Slice the cherry tomatoes, the large tomatoes, and the sour pickles into thin slices.
- 4. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices as well.
- 5. Cut the Emmental cheese into small cubes or pieces.
- 6. Wash the salad leaves under cold water.
- 7. Spin the salad leaves dry or pat them gently with a paper towel.
- 8. Cut off the crusts from the toast bread.
- 9. Spread butter evenly over four slices of bread.
- 10. Top the buttered bread slices with the prepared ingredients according to your taste.
- 11. Cover the topped slices with the remaining bread slices.
- 12. Cut the finished sandwiches diagonally in half.
