  3. 3. Slice the cherry tomatoes, the large tomatoes, and the sour pickles into thin slices.
  4. 4. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices as well.
  5. 5. Cut the Emmental cheese into small cubes or pieces.
  6. 6. Wash the salad leaves under cold water.
  7. 7. Spin the salad leaves dry or pat them gently with a paper towel.
  8. 8. Cut off the crusts from the toast bread.
  9. 9. Spread butter evenly over four slices of bread.
  10. 10. Top the buttered bread slices with the prepared ingredients according to your taste.
  11. 11. Cover the topped slices with the remaining bread slices.
  12. 12. Cut the finished sandwiches diagonally in half.
