  2. 2. Dry the leaves well with a kitchen towel or a salad spinner.
  3. 3. Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces if they are too large.
  4. 4. Peel the radishes and the cucumber.
  5. 5. Wash the peeled vegetables again.
  6. 6. Slice the radishes into very thin slices.
  7. 7. Slice the cucumber into very thin slices as well.
  8. 8. Cut the cress directly at the base.
  9. 9. Place one slice of bread on each of four plates.
  10. 10. Spread the bread slices thinly with cream cheese.
  11. 11. Place Lollo bionda (a type of lettuce with frilly leaves) on the bread.
  12. 12. Add turkey ham as the next layer.
  13. 13. Distribute the cucumber slices evenly on top.
  14. 14. Place cheese slices on the vegetables.
  15. 15. Add oak leaf lettuce (a leaf lettuce with oak-shaped leaves).
  16. 16. Distribute the radish slices on the salad.
  17. 17. Add the cut cress as the top ingredient.
  18. 18. Spread the remaining bread slices with the rest of the cream cheese.
  19. 19. Place these bread slices on top of the filled halves as lids.
