  1. 1. Cut off the crusts from the toast slices if you prefer not to have them.
  2. 2. Wash the dill thoroughly under running water.
  3. 3. Shake the dill dry to remove excess water.
  4. 4. Pluck the small dill leaves off the stems.
  5. 5. Finely chop the dill leaves with a knife.
  6. 6. Wash the cucumber under running water.
  7. 7. Cut off the ends of the cucumber.
  8. 8. Slice the cucumber into very thin rounds.
  9. 9. Place the cream cheese into a small bowl.
  10. 10. Add the salad cream to the cream cheese mixture.
  11. 11. Squeeze some lemon juice into the bowl.
  12. 12. Add the chopped dill to the bowl.
  13. 13. Stir all ingredients well together until a smooth cream forms.
  14. 14. Spread the dill cream evenly onto the toast slices.
  15. 15. Take half of the spread toast slices.
  16. 16. Crumble the smoked fish into small pieces using your fingers.
  17. 17. Distribute the crushed smoked fish onto the toast slices.
  18. 18. Place the thin cucumber slices on top of the fish.
  19. 19. Take the remaining toast slices.
  20. 20. Place an unspread toast slice on top of each sandwich as a lid.
  21. 21. Cut each sandwich diagonally in half.
  22. 22. Serve the sandwiches immediately.
