Ingredients
- 100 g Cabbage
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Horseradish (from the jar)
- 2 Pinch Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion
- 4 Leaves Oakleaf lettuce
- 4 Seed rolls
- 30 g Alfalfa sprouts
Instructions
- 1. Wash the white cabbage thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the white cabbage into very fine strips.
- 3. Mix the cabbage strips with mayonnaise and horseradish.
- 4. Season the mixture with sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.
- 5. Peel the carrot and the onion.
- 6. Cut the onion into thin strips.
- 7. Cut the carrot into fine matchsticks.
- 8. Wash the oakleaf lettuce.
- 9. Shake the lettuce dry.
- 10. Slice the buns horizontally.
- 11. Spread the white cabbage salad onto the bun halves.
- 12. Place the sliced carrots on top.
- 13. Add the onion strips.
- 14. Add the oakleaf lettuce and the sprouts.
- 15. Assemble the sandwiches.
