🍽️ Cheerful Sandwich with Cottage Cheese, Carrots, and Cress

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 tsp ground cumin
- 300 g cottage cheese
- salt
- pepper
- 2 carrots
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp horseradish (jar)
- 1 box cress
- 8 slices whole grain bread
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove.
- 2. Finely chop the garlic.
- 3. Mix the chopped garlic with the cumin and cottage cheese in a bowl.
- 4. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
- 5. Peel the carrots.
- 6. Grate the carrots finely.
- 7. Add the lemon juice, honey, and horseradish to the grated carrots.
- 8. Mix the carrot ingredients well together.
- 9. Cut the cress from the bed.
- 10. Wash the cress thoroughly.
- 11. Shake the cress dry.
- 12. Take four slices of bread.
- 13. Spread the cottage cheese-garlic mixture evenly over the bread slices.
- 14. Place the seasoned grated carrots on the buttered bread slices.
- 15. Place the fresh cress on top of the carrots.
- 16. Cover the filled slices with the remaining bread slices.
