Ingredients
- 250 g Shrimp
- 2 Tomatoes
- 0.5 Bunch Basil
- 100 g Mascarpone
- 50 g Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 4 Lettuce leaves
- 8 Slices Sandwich bread
Instructions
- 1. Cut the shrimp into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, remove the core, and dice the flesh into small cubes.
- 2. Wash the basilica, slice the leaves into thin strips. Stir the mascarpone cream until smooth with the mayonnaise. Fold in the shrimp, tomatoes, and basil into the cream and season everything to taste with salt and pepper.
- 3. Wash the lettuce leaves and pat them dry gently. Place one lettuce leaf on each of four slices of bread. Spread the shrimp mixture evenly on top, place the remaining slices of bread on top, and press the sandwich down lightly. Cut it diagonally in half.
