🍽️ Crayfish Sandwich

Ingredients
- 200 g peeled crayfish tails (kitchen-ready)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- arugula leaf
- 4 slices whole wheat toast
Instructions
- 1. Wash the crayfish tails thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the crayfish tails in it for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the pressed garlic and season everything with salt and pepper.
- 3. Top two slices of bread with the fried crayfish tails. Add some arugula on top. Place the remaining slices of bread on top, press the sandwich down gently, and cut it diagonally in half.
