🍽️ Crispy Bacon and Egg Sandwich

Ingredients
- 8 slices breakfast bacon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 eggs
- 6 slices sandwich bread
- 4 tsp ketchup
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 4 tsp mayonnaise
- 2 tomatoes
- lettuce leaves
- 50 g sprouts
- 2 tbsp red basil (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Heat some butter in a frying pan.
- 2. Fry the ham in the hot butter until crispy.
- 3. Remove the ham from the pan and set it aside.
- 4. Fry the eggs in the remaining fat until cooked through on both sides.
- 5. Toast the bread until golden brown.
- 6. Spread ketchup, cream cheese, and mayonnaise on one slice of bread.
- 7. Place the fried ham and egg on the spread slice.
- 8. Top the sandwich with the second slice of bread.
- 9. Cut the finished sandwich diagonally in half.
- 10. Sprinkle the sandwich halves with fresh basil.
