🍽️ Avocado Pear Shrimp Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 Avocados
- 2 Pears
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 4 Lettuce leaves
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp Cream cheese
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Lemon juice
- Cayenne pepper
- 6 slices Whole grain bread
- 200 g Shrimp (ready to cook)
- 1 handful Alfalfa sprouts
Instructions
- 1. Peel the avocados and cut them in half.
- 2. Remove the pits from the avocado halves.
- 3. Slice the avocado into thin slices.
- 4. Wash the pears thoroughly.
- 5. Cut the pears into quarters.
- 6. Cut out the hard core area from the pear pieces.
- 7. Cut the pears into thin wedges.
- 8. Wash the tomatoes.
- 9. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
- 10. Wash the salad leaves.
- 11. Remove any hard stems or wilted parts from the salad.
- 12. Shake the salad dry to remove excess water.
- 13. Put the mayonnaise into a small bowl.
- 14. Add the cream cheese.
- 15. Finely chop the garlic.
- 16. Add the chopped garlic to the mayonnaise mixture.
- 17. Stir the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- 18. Add some lemon juice.
- 19. Season with cayenne pepper to taste.
- 20. Take four slices of bread.
- 21. Spread the sauce evenly over each slice of bread.
- 22. Place the shrimp on the sauced bread slices.
- 23. Distribute the avocado slices on top.
- 24. Place the pear wedges on top.
- 25. Add the washed salad on top.
- 26. Place the tomato pieces on top.
- 27. Add the sprouts as the final topping.
- 28. Take one filled bread slice.
- 29. Place another filled slice on top.
- 30. Finish the sandwich with the remaining two bread slices.
- 31. Cut each sandwich in half in the middle.
- 32. Serve the sandwiches immediately.
