Ingredients
- 150 sweetened sea buckthorn puree (health food store)
- 125 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 4 slices toast bread
- orange zest
- mint
Instructions
- 1. Crush the bread slices finely using a rolling pin.
- 2. Mix the fine bread crumbs with the sea buckthorn puree, orange juice, and buttermilk.
- 3. Pour the shake into glasses.
- 4. Roughly crumble the remaining bread slices.
- 5. Garnish the glasses with the coarse bread pieces, orange zest, and mint leaves.
