🍽️ Creamy Sea Buckthorn Walnut Shake

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp walnut kernels
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp sea buckthorn fruit spread
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 tbsp vanilla ice cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- 1. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 2. Scrape out the vanilla seeds (the black pulp) from the pod.
- 3. Finely chop the walnut kernels, but keep two whole kernels for decoration.
- 4. Add the chopped walnuts, cocoa powder, sea buckthorn spread, milk, and ice to the blender.
- 5. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- 6. Pour the shake into glasses.
- 7. Mix the vanilla seeds with the sugar.
- 8. Spread the vanilla sugar mixture over the top of the shake.
- 9. Garnish the shake with the two whole walnut kernels.
- 10. Serve the shake immediately.
