Ingredients
- 40 ml sea buckthorn juice
- 100 ml sauerkraut juice
- 100 ml sparkling mineral water
- 2 sprigs lemon balm
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Pour the sea buckthorn and sauerkraut juice into a cocktail shaker or a tightly sealable jar.
- 2. Add two to three ice cubes.
- 3. Shake the mixture vigorously until it is well chilled.
- 4. Pour the drink into a glass.
- 5. Top up the drink with mineral water.
- 6. Wash the lemon balm under running water.
- 7. Shake the leaves dry.
- 8. Pluck the small leaves from the stems.
- 9. Garnish the drink with the fresh leaves.
