🥤 Refreshing Sea Buckthorn-Orange Drink with Oats

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oats (robust)
- 3 tbsp sea buckthorn juice
- 3 oranges (juice)
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- 1. Put the oats into a bowl.
- 2. Pour the sea buckthorn and orange juice over them.
- 3. Stir the mixture well.
- 4. Let the oats soak for about 15 minutes.
- 5. Add the yogurt to the soaked oat mixture.
- 6. Put everything into a blender.
- 7. Blend the mixture until smooth.
- 8. Season the drink with the syrup.
- 9. Pour the drink into ice-cold glasses.
- 10. Serve the drink immediately.
