🥤 Warming Sea Buckthorn Ginger Tea

Ingredients
- 15 g Ginger
- 1 small stalk Lemongrass
- 2 tsp dried Sea Buckthorn berries
- 1 sprig fresh Coriander
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger root.
- 2. Finely chop the ginger.
- 3. Thoroughly wash the lemongrass stalks.
- 4. Set aside about one-third of the lemongrass stalks.
- 5. Cut the remaining lemongrass into small pieces.
- 6. Place the chopped ginger, lemongrass pieces, and sea buckthorn berries into a pot.
- 7. Pour in 250 milliliters of water.
- 8. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 9. Reduce the heat to a low setting.
- 10. Cover the pot.
- 11. Let the tea simmer gently for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 12. Wash the coriander leaves.
- 13. Shake the coriander dry.
- 14. Strain the finished tea into a cup or mug through a sieve.
- 15. Garnish the tea with the reserved lemongrass.
- 16. Add the dry coriander leaves as decoration.
