Ingredients
- 12 chili peppers
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chili peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Finely chop the chili peppers, including the seeds.
- 3. Place the chopped chilies into a blender.
- 4. Add the oil and the salt.
- 5. Blend the mixture into a thick paste.
- 6. Transfer the paste into a small saucepan.
- 7. Heat the paste while stirring constantly.
- 8. Let the paste simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 9. Stop heating once oil separates and collects on the surface.
- 10. Fill the hot paste into a clean jar.
- 11. Seal the jar tightly.
- 12. Allow the paste to cool completely in the jar.
