  4. 4. Beat the mixture until it is creamy and frothy.
  5. 5. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites.
  6. 6. Beat the egg whites until very stiff.
  7. 7. Sift the sugar into the egg white mixture little by little.
  8. 8. Continue beating until a creamy meringue forms.
  9. 9. Add the meringue to the egg yolk mixture.
  10. 10. Sift the flour over the mixture.
