🍰 Salty Brownies

Ingredients
- 160 g dark chocolate
- 200 g butter
- 160 g sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 160 g flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp fleur de sel
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius using the top and bottom heat setting.
- 2. Line a baking pan with baking paper.
- 3. Roughly chop the chocolate coating (coating chocolate) with a knife.
- 4. Melt the butter together with the coating chocolate over a hot water bath.
- 5. Let the chocolate mixture cool down briefly.
- 6. Stir the cooled chocolate in a bowl with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
- 7. Add the eggs and stir them in.
- 8. Mix the flour with the cocoa powder.
- 9. Stir the flour mixture into the chocolate batter.
- 10. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- 11. Smooth the surface of the batter.
- 12. Sprinkle the batter with salt.
- 13. Bake the brownies in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 14. Ensure that the batter remains slightly moist inside.
- 15. Remove the brownies from the oven.
- 16. Let them cool down completely.
- 17. Cut the brownies into pieces.
- 18. Serve them.
