🍽️ Crispy Chicken Rolls with Ham and Sage

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 6 slices Parma ham
- 24 sage leaves
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- 1. Lay the chicken breast fillets flat.
- 2. Cut each fillet diagonally into three equal strips.
- 3. Take the Parma ham slices.
- 4. Cut each ham slice once crosswise in the middle.
- 5. Take one chicken piece.
- 6. Season it with a pinch of salt and some pepper.
- 7. Place two fresh sage leaves on the meat.
- 8. Place half a piece of Parma ham on top.
- 9. Roll the meat up tightly.
- 10. Secure the roll with a toothpick.
- 11. Repeat this for all chicken pieces.
- 12. Add oil and butter to a large pan.
- 13. Heat the pan over medium heat.
- 14. Place the chicken rolls in the hot pan.
- 15. Fry the rolls for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 16. Turn the rolls regularly.
- 17. Fry them until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
