Ingredients
- 1 chili pepper
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 spring onion
- 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp parsley (coarsely chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chili, cut it in half, remove the seeds and the white inner membranes, and finely chop the flesh. Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the core, and dice them into small cubes. Clean the spring onions and slice them into thin rings.
- 2. Squeeze the lemons, mix the juice with the remaining ingredients, and season to taste. Let the salsa sit for at least 15 minutes before serving.
