Ingredients
- 3 bunch parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 1 tsp capers
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the parsley under running water.
- 2. Shake off the parsley to remove excess water.
- 3. Place all ingredients into a blender.
- 4. Blend the mixture until it is smooth and uniform.
