🍽️ Spicy Cucumber Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 onion (finely diced)
- 3 chili peppers
- 0.25 cucumber
- 200 ml chicken broth
- 1 garlic clove
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- 1 lime (juice)
- salt
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 2. Slice the cucumber into paper-thin strips using a vegetable peeler.
- 3. Toss the cucumber strips with a pinch of salt.
- 4. Place the cucumbers in a sieve to drain.
- 5. Wash the chili pepper.
- 6. Cut the chili in half lengthwise.
- 7. Finely chop the inside of the chili.
- 8. Add the chopped chili to a pot.
- 9. Add the small onion cubes.
- 10. Pour the chicken broth into the pot.
- 11. Peel the garlic clove.
- 12. Press the garlic directly into the mixture.
- 13. Let the sauce simmer uncovered over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- 14. Stir the sauce occasionally while cooking.
- 15. Wash the parsley.
- 16. Shake off excess water from the parsley.
- 17. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems.
- 18. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 19. Take the drained cucumbers out of the sieve.
- 20. Stir the cucumbers, chopped parsley, and sesame seeds into the sauce.
- 21. Season the salsa with salt.
- 22. Add a squeeze of lemon juice.
- 23. Let the salsa cool down completely.
- 24. Serve the cooled salsa.
