  1. 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
  2. 2. Slice the cucumber into paper-thin strips using a vegetable peeler.
  3. 3. Toss the cucumber strips with a pinch of salt.
  4. 4. Place the cucumbers in a sieve to drain.
  5. 5. Wash the chili pepper.
  6. 6. Cut the chili in half lengthwise.
  7. 7. Finely chop the inside of the chili.
  8. 8. Add the chopped chili to a pot.
  9. 9. Add the small onion cubes.
  10. 10. Pour the chicken broth into the pot.
  11. 11. Peel the garlic clove.
  12. 12. Press the garlic directly into the mixture.
  13. 13. Let the sauce simmer uncovered over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  14. 14. Stir the sauce occasionally while cooking.
  15. 15. Wash the parsley.
  16. 16. Shake off excess water from the parsley.
  17. 17. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems.
  18. 18. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  19. 19. Take the drained cucumbers out of the sieve.
  20. 20. Stir the cucumbers, chopped parsley, and sesame seeds into the sauce.
  21. 21. Season the salsa with salt.
  22. 22. Add a squeeze of lemon juice.
  23. 23. Let the salsa cool down completely.
  24. 24. Serve the cooled salsa.
