Ingredients
- 200 g Sea salt
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 0.5 bunch Sage
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 2. Finely chop the garlic.
- 3. Wash the sage leaves.
- 4. Pat the sage leaves dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Finely chop the sage leaves.
- 6. Mix the chopped garlic and chopped sage with the salt.
- 7. Spread the mixture thinly on a surface.
- 8. Let the mixture dry for two days.
- 9. Fill the finished seasoning into a jar.
- 10. Store the jar.
