  2. 2. Heat oil and one tablespoon of butter in a large frying pan.
  3. 3. Fry the chicken breasts on both sides over medium heat for about ten minutes until golden brown.
  4. 4. Remove the chicken breasts from the pan and keep them warm.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
  6. 6. Sauté the chopped garlic briefly in the pan.
  7. 7. Add fresh sage leaves and sauté them briefly as well.
  8. 8. Cut the potatoes into short batons.
  9. 9. Fry the potato batons in the remaining butter until crispy.
  10. 10. Season the fried potatoes with salt and pepper at the end.
  11. 11. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces or slices.
  12. 12. Place the chicken on the plates.
  13. 13. Serve with the fried potatoes and lime wedges.
