  3. 3. Cut the spring onions into pieces about 2 cm in size.

  5. 5. Shake them dry.
  6. 6. Carefully pluck the leaves from the stems.
  7. 7. Set aside a few nice leaves for decoration.
  8. 8. Cut the remaining sage into thin strips.
  9. 9. Pour the oil into a non-stick pan.
  10. 10. Heat the oil over medium heat.
  11. 11. Add the gnocchi to the pan.
  12. 12. Sauté the gnocchi briefly.
  13. 13. Add the chopped spring onions to the pan.
  14. 14. Add the sage strips to the pan.
  15. 15. Cover the pan with a lid.
  16. 16. Simmer the vegetables for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
  17. 17. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
  18. 18. Halve half of the tomatoes as desired.
  19. 19. Add all the tomatoes to the pan.
  20. 20. Heat the mixture over medium heat without the lid.
  21. 21. Let the tomatoes heat up for about 2 minutes.
  22. 22. Season the dish with salt.
  23. 23. Season the dish with pepper.
  24. 24. Plate the gnocchi.
  25. 25. Take a teaspoon of ricotta.
  26. 26. Distribute the ricotta in small portions over the gnocchi.
  27. 27. Garnish the dish with the saved sage leaves.
