🍽️ Thousand-Island Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 Cornichons
- 3 pickled bell peppers
- 150 g whole milk yogurt
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- chili powder
- salt
- ground white pepper
Instructions
- 1. Let the cornichons (small sour pickles) drain slightly.
- 2. Dice the cornichons into very fine cubes.
- 3. Dice the bell peppers into very fine cubes as well.
- 4. Place the yogurt in a tall beaker or jug.
- 5. Blend the yogurt with a hand blender.
- 6. Slowly pour in the oil while continuing to blend.
- 7. Add the vinegar and continue blending.
- 8. Stir the diced cucumbers and pepper pieces into the sauce.
- 9. Season the sauce with chili, salt, and pepper.
- 10. Add a little liquid from the cornichons and adjust the taste.
- 11. Chill the dressing in the refrigerator until serving.
- 12. Stir the dressing well again just before serving.
