  2. 2. Shake off the excess water so the dressing stays thick.
  3. 3. Finely chop the dill leaves.
  4. 4. Add the oil and lemon juice to a bowl.
  5. 5. Whisk the oil and lemon juice vigorously until they combine.
  6. 6. Stir the sour cream into the oil-lemon mixture.
  7. 7. Mix the yogurt thoroughly into the mixture as well.
  8. 8. Season the dressing with salt to taste.
  9. 9. Add fresh ground pepper.
  10. 10. Gently fold the finely chopped dill leaves into the dressing.
  11. 11. Now serve the dressing on your salad.
