  7. 7. Peel the shallots.
  8. 8. Finely chop the shallots.
  9. 9. Wash the wild garlic.
  10. 10. Remove woody or wilted parts from the wild garlic.
  11. 11. Cut the wild garlic into thin strips.
  12. 12. Whisk the balsamic vinegar with the lemon juice.
  13. 13. Add the broth to the mixture.

  15. 15. Add the oil to the mixture.
