  7. 7. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  8. 8. Remove the hard stem area at the top.
  9. 9. Cut the tomatoes into wedges or chunks.
  10. 10. Pit the olives.
  11. 11. Halve the olives.
  12. 12. Peel the garlic clove.
  13. 13. Mince the garlic very finely.
  14. 14. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
