🥗 Fruity Leaf Salad with Goat Cheese and Berries

Ingredients
- 125 g arugula
- 125 g radicchio
- 200 g strawberries
- 200 g blackberries
- 300 g goat cheese log
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the arugula and radicchio under running water.
- 2. Remove any wilted leaves or tough stems from the greens.
- 3. Spin the greens dry, for example in a salad spinner.
- 4. Tear the dry greens into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Also thoroughly wash the mixed berries.
- 6. Remove any stems or hard seeds from the berries.
- 7. Gently pat the berries dry with a kitchen towel.
- 8. Halve large strawberries and blackberries.
- 9. Leave small berries like blueberries or small raspberries whole.
- 10. Cut the goat cheese into small cubes.
- 11. Distribute the prepared greens onto four plates.
- 12. Add the berries and goat cheese cubes to the salads.
- 13. Whisk the balsamic vinegar, honey, and lemon juice together in a small bowl.
- 14. Drizzle the dressing mixture evenly over the finished salads.
- 15. Serve the salad immediately.
