  3. 3. Spin the greens dry, for example in a salad spinner.
  4. 4. Tear the dry greens into bite-sized pieces.
  5. 5. Also thoroughly wash the mixed berries.
  6. 6. Remove any stems or hard seeds from the berries.
  7. 7. Gently pat the berries dry with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Halve large strawberries and blackberries.
  9. 9. Leave small berries like blueberries or small raspberries whole.
  10. 10. Cut the goat cheese into small cubes.
  11. 11. Distribute the prepared greens onto four plates.
  12. 12. Add the berries and goat cheese cubes to the salads.
  13. 13. Whisk the balsamic vinegar, honey, and lemon juice together in a small bowl.
  14. 14. Drizzle the dressing mixture evenly over the finished salads.
  15. 15. Serve the salad immediately.
