🥗 Refreshing Watermelon Feta Salad with Olives

Ingredients
- 600 g watermelon
- 40 g black, pitted olives
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- 150 g feta
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
Instructions
- 1. Peel the watermelon and remove all seeds.
- 2. Cut the flesh into small, bite-sized cubes.
- 3. Slice the olives into thin rounds.
- 4. Whisk the vinegar with the lemon juice in a small bowl.
- 5. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water and the honey to the liquid.
- 6. Slowly stir in the oil until everything is well combined.
- 7. Season the dressing with salt and cayenne pepper to taste.
- 8. Distribute the watermelon cubes and olive slices onto the plates.
- 9. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad with your hands.
- 10. Drizzle the prepared dressing evenly over the top.
- 11. Sprinkle the finished salad with sunflower seeds.
- 12. Serve the salad immediately.
