  4. 4. Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
  5. 5. Halve the washed tomatoes.
  6. 6. Wash the arugula.
  7. 7. Spin the arugula dry.
  8. 8. Let the sun-dried tomatoes drain.
  9. 9. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into thin strips.
  10. 10. Cut the olives into small pieces.
  11. 11. Peel the garlic.
  12. 12. Finely chop the garlic.
  13. 13. Peel the onion.
  14. 14. Cut the onion into thin strips.
  15. 15. Heat a pan without fat over medium heat.
  16. 16. Toast the pine nuts in it for about 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.

  18. 18. Shake the basil dry.
  19. 19. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
  20. 20. Finely chop the basil leaves.
  21. 21. Mix the olive oil with white wine vinegar in a small bowl.
