🥗 Fresh spinach salad with smoked salmon and radishes

Ingredients
- 1 red oak leaf lettuce
- 100 g young spinach
- 50 g radishes
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp green peppercorns
- pepper (from the mill)
- 150 g smoked salmon (in slices)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the oakleaf lettuce and the spinach under running water.
- 2. Remove any tough stems or wilted leaves from the spinach and the lettuce.
- 3. Tear the oakleaf lettuce into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Wash the radishes and slice them into thin rounds.
- 5. Whisk the grape seed oil with the lemon juice and the whole peppercorns in a small bowl.
- 6. Season the dressing to taste with a little ground pepper.
- 7. Toss the torn oakleaf lettuce with the spinach and the radish slices in a large bowl.
- 8. Divide the salad mixture evenly among individual plates.
- 9. Arrange the slices of smoked salmon attractively on top of the salad.
- 10. Drizzle a little of the prepared dressing over the salmon and serve the salad immediately.
