  7. 7. Grate the peel finely to get zest.
  8. 8. Cut off the skin and the white pith from the oranges.
  9. 9. Cut the fillets out between the membranes.
  10. 10. Catch the released juice in a bowl.
  11. 11. Squeeze the remaining orange pulp.
  12. 12. Whisk the collected orange juice with honey.
