🥗 Colorful Salad with Grilled Beef Strips and Avocado

Ingredients
- 600 g beef tenderloin
- 2 red onions
- 2 red bell peppers
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 300 g small radicchio (2 small radicchio)
- 60 g pitted black olives
- 1 ripe avocado
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 handful basil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the beef fillet under cold water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Cut the meat into thin strips.
- 3. Peel the onions and cut them into strips as well.
- 4. Wash the peppers, halve them, remove the inside with the seeds, and dice them finely.
- 5. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
- 6. Carefully separate the leaves of the radicchio from each other.
- 7. Wash the radicchio leaves and spin them dry.
- 8. Tear the dry leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 9. Chop the olives finely.
- 10. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- 11. Peel the avocado halves.
- 12. Cut the avocado flesh into thin strips.
- 13. Drizzle the avocado strips with a little lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown.
- 14. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 15. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan.
- 16. Sauté the chopped garlic and olives in the hot oil.
- 17. Add the beef strips to the pan.
- 18. Fry the meat all over.
- 19. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- 20. Put all the prepared salad ingredients into a large bowl.
- 21. Add the remaining oil and lemon juice.
- 22. Season the salad with salt and pepper and mix everything well.
- 23. Distribute the salad onto the plates.
- 24. Place the warm meat strips on top of the salad.
- 25. Garnish the dish with fresh basil leaves.
