  1. 1. Rinse the beef fillet under cold water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Cut the meat into thin strips.
  3. 3. Peel the onions and cut them into strips as well.
  4. 4. Wash the peppers, halve them, remove the inside with the seeds, and dice them finely.
  5. 5. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
  6. 6. Carefully separate the leaves of the radicchio from each other.
  7. 7. Wash the radicchio leaves and spin them dry.
  8. 8. Tear the dry leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  9. 9. Chop the olives finely.
  10. 10. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  11. 11. Peel the avocado halves.
  12. 12. Cut the avocado flesh into thin strips.
  13. 13. Drizzle the avocado strips with a little lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown.
  14. 14. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  15. 15. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  16. 16. Sauté the chopped garlic and olives in the hot oil.
