🥗 Fresh Salad with Turkey Ham and Peaches

Ingredients
- 1 bag mixed leaf salad
- 2 peaches
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 200 g smoked turkey breast fillet
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp grainy mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 4 tbsp oil
- 4 slices whole wheat toast
- 150 g cream cheese
- 1 bunch chives
Instructions
- 1. Wash the leaf salad thoroughly and spin it dry. Wash the peaches, halve them, remove the pits, and slice the flesh into wedges. Drizzle with some orange juice.
- 2. Arrange the leaf salad, peach pieces, and turkey ham on a large platter. Whisk vinegar, mustard, honey, and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Stir the oil into the dressing and drizzle it over the salad.
- 3. Toast the bread and spread it evenly with cream cheese. Wash the chives, shake them dry, and cut them into large rings. Scatter the chives over the cream cheese layer.
