🥗 Colorful Millet Salad with Goat Cheese and Figs

Ingredients
- 150 g millet
- salt
- 20 g mint (1 handful)
- 3 sprigs dill
- 40 g almond kernels
- 160 g feta cheese
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 6 figs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 lemon (juice)

Instructions
- 1. Place the millet in a sieve.
- 2. Rinse the millet under running water.
- 3. Repeat the rinsing until the running water is clear.
- 4. Cook the millet exactly according to the package instructions.
- 5. Let the cooked millet cool down completely.
- 6. Season the cooled millet with a pinch of salt.
- 7. Wash the mint and the dill under running water.
- 8. Shake the herbs dry.
- 9. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 10. Pluck the dill tips.
- 11. Chop the mint and the dill roughly.
- 12. Chop the almonds roughly.
- 13. Crumble the goat cheese into small pieces using your fingers.
- 14. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
- 15. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- 16. Wash the figs.
- 17. Remove the stems from the figs.
- 18. Cut the figs into quarters.
- 19. Mix the cooled millet with the chopped mint.
- 20. Add the chopped dill to the millet.
- 21. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the millet.
- 22. Add the olive oil to the mixture.
- 23. Add the lemon juice to the mixture.
- 24. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
- 25. Divide the salad among four deep plates.
- 26. Distribute the fig quarters on the plates.
- 27. Distribute the goat cheese on the plates.
- 28. Distribute the chopped almonds on the plates.
