🥗 Fresh Salad with Mushrooms and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 bunch watercress
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 bunch chives
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
Instructions
- 1. Wash the head lettuce thoroughly under cold water.
- 2. Tear the washed lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Wash the cucumber and slice it into thin rounds.
- 4. Wash the radishes and slice them into thin rounds as well.
- 5. Wash the mushrooms and slice them into thin slices.
- 6. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 7. Place the lettuce, cucumber, radishes, mushrooms, chives, and watercress into a large bowl.
- 8. Whisk vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and mustard together in a small bowl until smooth.
- 9. Pour the sauce over the salad and toss everything well before serving.
