🥗 Crunchy Salad with Feta and Grapes

Ingredients
- Head lettuce (1/2 each)
- Batavia lettuce (1/2 each)
- 1 red onion
- 300 g white grapes (seedless)
- 150 g feta
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- 5 tbsp seed oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lettuce leaves under cold water.
- 2. Remove any wilted or damaged parts.
- 3. Dry the leaves carefully.
- 4. Break the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Place the lettuce pieces on a plate as a base.
- 6. Peel the onion.
- 7. Cut the onion in half lengthwise.
- 8. Slice the onion halves into thin strips.
- 9. Crumble the feta cheese into small cubes.
- 10. Wash the grapes.
- 11. Cut the grapes in half lengthwise.
- 12. Distribute the onion strips over the salad.
- 13. Distribute the feta cubes over the salad.
- 14. Distribute the halved grapes over the salad.
- 15. Put the vinegar into a small bowl.
- 16. Add the mustard to the bowl.
- 17. Add the sugar to the bowl.
- 18. Add a pinch of salt to the bowl.
- 19. Add a pinch of pepper to the bowl.
- 20. Whisk the ingredients for the dressing well.
- 21. Slowly beat in the oil while stirring.
- 22. Continue beating the oil until the dressing is creamy.
- 23. Taste the dressing.
- 24. Pour the dressing over the salad.
- 25. Gently toss the salad ingredients together.
- 26. Serve the salad in small bowls.
