🥗 Fig, Ham and Parmesan Salad

Ingredients
- 250 g mixed leaf salad (e.g. lamb's lettuce, Lollo Biondo)
- 100 g Serrano ham
- 4 figs
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 60 g grated Parmesan
- olive oil (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the leaf salads thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the salads dry.
- 3. Remove tough stems or wilted greens.
- 4. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Place the salad leaves on a plate.
- 6. Place the ham slices on the salad.
- 7. Quarter the figs.
- 8. Place the fig pieces on the plate.
- 9. Season the salad with salt.
- 10. Season the salad with pepper.
- 11. Drizzle lemon juice over the salad.
- 12. Shave Parmesan cheese.
- 13. Sprinkle the Parmesan over the salad.
- 14. Drizzle olive oil over the finished salad.
- 15. Serve the salad immediately.
