  2. 2. Add the beans to the boiling water and cook them for about 6 minutes.
  3. 3. Drain the beans and rinse them immediately with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  4. 4. Let the beans drain well.
  5. 5. Trim the radishes and wash them thoroughly.
  6. 6. Slice the radishes into very thin slices.
  7. 7. Remove the leaves from the salad greens and wash them.
  8. 8. Shake the salad dry or pat it dry carefully.
  9. 9. Tear the salad into smaller pieces if desired.
  10. 10. Wash the strawberries.
  11. 11. Halve large strawberries.
  12. 12. Pat the strawberries dry.
  13. 13. Wash the figs.
  14. 14. Halve or quarter the figs.
  15. 15. Wash the cress.
  16. 16. Shake the cress dry.
  17. 17. Place all prepared ingredients in a large bowl.
  18. 18. Whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, honey, oil, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
  19. 19. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the dressing to taste.
  20. 20. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
  21. 21. Serve with fresh white bread if you like.
