🥗 Brie and Plum Salad with Orange Dressing

Ingredients
- 200 g mixed leaf salad (as desired)
- 200 g Brie
- 6 yellow plums
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 1 tsp medium-hot mustard
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the salad greens thoroughly.
- 2. Spin the salad dry.
- 3. Tear the salad into small pieces.
- 4. Cut the Brie into narrow, small slices.
- 5. Wash the plums.
- 6. Halve the plums.
- 7. Remove the pits from the plum halves.
- 8. Cut the plums into narrow wedges.
- 9. Whisk the orange juice with the lemon juice.
- 10. Stir the honey into the juice mixture.
- 11. Add the mustard and mix everything well.
- 12. Slowly beat the oil into the mixture.
- 13. Season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper.
- 14. Toss the salad with the Brie and the plums.
- 15. Arrange the salad on plates.
- 16. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad.
- 17. Garnish the salad with chives.
- 18. Serve the salad.
