🥗 Fresh Cucumber and Tomato Salad with Feta Cheese and Basil

Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber
- 4 Tomatoes
- 2 Onions
- 200 g Feta
- 3 tbsp White wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 g Olives
- Basil
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the cucumber under running water.
- 2. Cut the cucumber into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Thoroughly wash the tomatoes under running water.
- 4. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
- 5. Peel the onions.
- 6. Slice the onions lengthwise into thin strips.
- 7. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces using your hands.
- 8. Add vinegar, salt, and pepper to a small bowl.
- 9. Whisk the marinade ingredients vigorously with a whisk.
- 10. Add the olive oil drop by drop while stirring until the marinade emulsifies.
- 11. Distribute the cucumber pieces onto four plates.
- 12. Arrange the tomato wedges decoratively on the plates.
- 13. Add the onion strips to the other ingredients on the plates.
- 14. Distribute the olives over the salads.
- 15. Drizzle the marinade evenly over the salads.
- 16. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the salads.
- 17. Garnish each plate with a few fresh basil leaves.
- 18. Serve the salad together with flatbread.
