  2. 2. Lightly toast the nuts over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. 3. Add the butter to the toasted nuts in the pan.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the mixture with sugar and a pinch of salt.
  5. 5. Allow the butter and sugar to melt.
  6. 6. Keep stirring until the sugar becomes liquid and light brown.
  7. 7. Transfer the caramelized nuts onto baking paper.
  8. 8. Let the nuts cool down completely.
  9. 9. Coarsely chop the cooled nuts again.
  10. 10. Thoroughly wash the salad greens.
  11. 11. Dry the salad greens using a salad spinner or a cloth.
  12. 12. Cut or tear the salad greens into bite-sized pieces.
  13. 13. Peel the oranges thickly with a knife.
  14. 14. Remove all the white pith in the process.
  15. 15. Use a sharp knife to release the fruit flesh from the membranes.
  16. 16. Slice the tofu into 1 cm thick slices.
  17. 17. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  18. 18. Fry the tofu slices until golden brown on each side.
