🥗 Colorful Salad with Beetroot, Radicchio, Smoked Mackerel and Sprouts

Ingredients
- 2 beetroot (vacuum-packed)
- 1 head radicchio
- 1 handful radish sprouts
- 1 handful alfalfa sprouts
- 600 g smoked mackerel
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the beetroot into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Wash the radicchio thoroughly.
- 3. Shake the radicchio dry.
- 4. Tear the radicchio into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Wash the sprouts.
- 6. Shake the sprouts dry.
- 7. Toss the beetroot, radicchio, and sprouts together gently in a bowl.
- 8. Divide the salad mixture evenly among four plates.
- 9. Place the pieces of smoked mackerel on top of the salad.
- 10. Mix the oil, honey, and vinegar in a small bowl.
- 11. Season the dressing mixture with salt and pepper.
- 12. Drizzle the dressing over the finished salads.
- 13. Serve the salad immediately.
