🥗 Fresh Seafood Salad with Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 4 tomatoes
- 150 g smoked salmon
- 200 g tiger shrimp (deveined and peeled except for the tail segment)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 unwaxed oranges
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lettuce thoroughly and remove the tough stems.
- 2. Cut the lettuce into thin strips.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes and cut out the hard stem area.
- 4. Dice the tomatoes into small cubes.
- 5. Place the salmon slices, iceberg lettuce, and tomato cubes on the plates.
- 6. Wash the prawns and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Season the prawns with salt and pepper.
- 8. Drizzle the prawns with a little olive oil.
- 9. Preheat a grill pan.
- 10. Grill the prawns in the pan for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 11. Cut an orange in half.
- 12. Slice the orange halves into thin slices.
- 13. Place the orange slices on the plates as a garnish.
- 14. Squeeze the juice from the remaining orange.
- 15. Whisk the orange juice with vinegar, honey, and the remaining olive oil.
- 16. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
- 17. Drizzle the sauce over the salad.
- 18. Place the grilled prawns on top of the salad.
- 19. Serve the salad immediately.
