  1. 1. Wash the lettuce thoroughly and remove the tough stems.
  2. 2. Cut the lettuce into thin strips.
  3. 3. Wash the tomatoes and cut out the hard stem area.
  4. 4. Dice the tomatoes into small cubes.
  5. 5. Place the salmon slices, iceberg lettuce, and tomato cubes on the plates.
  6. 6. Wash the prawns and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Season the prawns with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Drizzle the prawns with a little olive oil.
  9. 9. Preheat a grill pan.
  10. 10. Grill the prawns in the pan for 3 to 4 minutes.
  11. 11. Cut an orange in half.
  12. 12. Slice the orange halves into thin slices.
  13. 13. Place the orange slices on the plates as a garnish.
  14. 14. Squeeze the juice from the remaining orange.
  15. 15. Whisk the orange juice with vinegar, honey, and the remaining olive oil.
  16. 16. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Drizzle the sauce over the salad.
  18. 18. Place the grilled prawns on top of the salad.
  19. 19. Serve the salad immediately.
