  6. 6. Cover the bowl with a cloth.
  7. 7. Let the yeast mixture rest for 15 minutes.
  8. 8. Add the remaining water, salt, and oil to the dough.
  9. 9. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  10. 10. Cover the dough again with the cloth.
  11. 11. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  12. 12. Wash the chili pepper under running water.
  13. 13. Cut the chili pepper lengthwise.
  14. 14. Remove the seeds and the white inner membrane.
  15. 15. Dice the chili finely.
  16. 16. Blanch the tomatoes with boiling water.
  17. 17. Shock the tomatoes immediately in cold water.
  18. 18. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
