  1. 1. Stir the yeast into 300 ml of lukewarm water in a bowl.
  2. 2. Mix the flour with the salt in a separate bowl.
  3. 3. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Pour the yeast water and the oil into the well.
  5. 5. Process the ingredients with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to form a smooth dough.
  6. 6. Knead the dough vigorously by hand on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  7. 7. If the dough is too sticky, work in a little more flour.
  8. 8. If the dough is too dry, add a little lukewarm water.
  9. 9. Place the dough back into the bowl.
  10. 10. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  11. 11. Preheat the oven to 220°C top and bottom heat.
  12. 12. Knead the risen dough once more.
  13. 13. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
  14. 14. Roll each portion on a floured surface to the size of the pizza trays.
  15. 15. Place the dough bases on the greased pizza trays.
  16. 16. Puree the tomatoes roughly.
  17. 17. Season the tomato sauce with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Spread the sauce evenly over the dough.
  19. 19. Sprinkle oregano over the sauce.
  20. 20. Slice the mozzarella cheese.
  21. 21. Place the mozzarella slices on the sauce.
  22. 22. Cover the pizza with the salami slices.
  23. 23. Wash the chilies.
  24. 24. Slice the chilies into rings and remove the seeds.
  25. 25. Sprinkle the chili rings over the pizzas.
  26. 26. Place the pizzas in the preheated oven.
  27. 27. Bake the pizzas for about 20 minutes.
  28. 28. Remove the pizzas from the oven.
  29. 29. Serve the pizzas immediately.
