🍕 Salami Pizza

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 20 g yeast
- 0.125 l lukewarm water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- 400 g tomatoes
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 large slices salami
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 150 g mushrooms
- 200 g Gouda
- 1 tsp oregano
Instructions
- 1. Put the flour into a bowl and sift it.
- 2. Press a small indentation into the center of the flour with your finger.
- 3. Dissolve the yeast in some water and pour the mixture into the indentation.
- 4. Lightly cover the yeast mixture with flour.
- 5. Let the yeast rest under a cloth for 15 minutes.
- 6. Add the remaining water, salt, and oil to the bowl.
- 7. Knead the ingredients into a soft dough.
- 8. Cover the dough.
- 9. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- 10. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes.
- 11. Rinse the tomatoes under cold water.
- 12. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
- 13. Dice the tomatoes into small cubes.
- 14. Simmer the tomato cubes with 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot for a short time.
- 15. Season the tomato sauce with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- 16. Coarsely grate the Gouda cheese.
- 17. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise.
- 18. Remove the core from the peppers.
- 19. Wash the peppers.
- 20. Dice the peppers finely.
- 21. Wash and trim the zucchini.
- 22. Slice the zucchini into rounds.
- 23. Dice the zucchini slices.
- 24. Clean the mushrooms.
- 25. Slice the mushrooms into thin strips.
- 26. Slice the salami.
- 27. Lightly grease the pizza pan with oil.
- 28. Knead the dough briefly again.
- 29. Roll out the dough.
- 30. Place the dough in the pizza pan.
- 31. Shape the edge of the dough slightly thicker.
- 32. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
- 33. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- 34. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the sauce.
- 35. Top the pizza with the prepared vegetables.
- 36. Place the salami slices on the pizza.
- 37. Drizzle the pizza with a little olive oil.
- 38. Sprinkle oregano over the pizza.
- 39. Bake the pizza in the hot oven for about 12 to 15 minutes.
- 40. Remove the pizza when the cheese has melted.
