  6. 6. Add the remaining water, salt, and oil to the bowl.
  7. 7. Knead the ingredients into a soft dough.

  9. 9. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  10. 10. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes.
  11. 11. Rinse the tomatoes under cold water.
  12. 12. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
  13. 13. Dice the tomatoes into small cubes.
  14. 14. Simmer the tomato cubes with 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot for a short time.
  15. 15. Season the tomato sauce with thyme, salt, and pepper.
