Ingredients
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 100 g whipping cream
- 30 g butter
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- praline half-shells (in star shape)
- golden sugar pearls
Instructions
- 1. Melt the butter, chopped chocolate, and cream while stirring constantly. Mix in the spices and let the mixture cool down briefly.
- 2. Fill the truffle mixture into a piping bag with a small, star-shaped nozzle. Pipe the mixture into the chocolate half-shells. Place a small pearl on the tip of each truffle.
